We’re bringing Oktoberfest to the table the Buckman way, with house-made breads, locally raised beef, scratch-made sides, German-inspired flavors, and a menu created for an evening of good food and celebration.

Giant Bavarian Pretzel & Brat Board

A giant, warm Bavarian-style pretzel paired with grilled bratwurst, creamy beer cheese, stone-ground mustard, and house pickles.

Apple Cider Sorbet

A refreshing apple cider sorbet brightened with lemon and ginger.

Oktoberfest Beer-Braised Beef
Slow-braised Double B Ranch beef with Oktoberfest beer, caramelized onions, garlic, and German mustard, finished with a rich beer gravy. Served with German potatoes and sauerkraut.
