Sourdough Class is back!
If you’ve been wanting to learn sourdough but aren’t quite sure where to start, come get your hands in the dough with us.
We’ll spend about 2 hours walking through the sourdough process together, from caring for your starter to mixing, folding, shaping, fermenting, and getting your loaf ready to bake at home.
Your $40 class includes:
A fresh Buckman Sourdough loaf to take home
A loaf of dough we make together for you to take home and bake
A Sourdough Instruction Manual
A piece of our Buckman sourdough starter, Frodough Baggins 🍞
